Each box contains: Type I clear and colorless glass vial with grey butyl rubber stopper and aluminum crimp cap with polypropylene flip-off disk (drug product) + Type I clear glass vial with bromobutyl rubber stopper and aluminum seal plastic flip-off cap (Sterile Water for Injection as diluent) + Twin set butterfly needle 22G (Venofix) and cannula 20G (Sterican) + Sterile needleless transfer device for reconstitution (Baxter II Hi-Flow) + Disposable syringe with luer lock (Omnifix).
